Although there is no homework or things to specifically do between your appointment, a lot of therapy happens in the days and weeks following your hypnotherapy. Your mind needs processing time. The best thing you can do is notice whatever you notice, and let your mind do the rest (without trying to figure it our yourself!)
Your mind and body needs processing time directly after the appointment and in the days and weeks following. The best thing you can do after your appointment is have a nap, or go for a walk – nothing that requires focused attention.

Appointments are conducted via video. You will need a laptop, tablet or mobile with video, a stable internet connection, and a quite, safe space. Perhaps a set of headphones too if your sound isn’t that loud. And your lovely, curious mind. That’s it!
